Homecoming

Jay and I went to the homecoming parade on Fri the 21st. Brooke marched in the middle school band which sounded really good and Cory was on the Bone Voce/Drama float. He wore the horse mask from Cinderella last year, remember those horses?
Then Friday night football! Delta played a pretty good game, but couldn't get any offense going the second half and could stop North Sanpete's offensive running game. The final score was 20-13 for North Sanpete. Cory started at cornerback and played really well.
Dani had 3 friends over to play on Fri before the game and they had a great time together. Kathryn, Dani, Miranda, and Hayley.
Cory celebrated his homecoming date are our house on Sat the 22nd. Jay and I were at his 35 year class reunion for a couple of hours that afternoon, but Cory had a good time even without our help. They played several games and then when we got home at 4:30 I helped them play Ultimate Spoons with forks and we fixed a delicious dinner of barbecued chicken, roasted corn, cookie monster salad, chips, potato salad and peach desert.
